• Forgotten your PIN?  From the "Enter Secure Area (Banner Web)" login page, enter your PLU ID in the PLU ID field, then click the Forgot PIN? button.  You will be prompted to answer your security question.  Answers are case sensitive!  If you respond with the correct answer, you will immediately be able to update your PIN to an alphanumeric, case sensitive, 6 to 15 character PIN.
   
• Disabled your PIN and need to reset it?  If you are a student, employee, or faculty member AND you have an active PLU e-mail account, you may use the steps outlined here to reset your own PIN.
   
• Are you still experiencing difficulties or need help working through this process?  Contact the Help Desk at x7525 or (253) 535-7525.
